Dr. Priya T. Nandimath is a public health professional from Bangalore, India. She is currently working as a Principal /Professor at Padmashree School of Public Health, Bangalore, India. Dr Priya is a Public Health consultant for various NGOs , and state Government, her work primarily is on advocacy and policy for NCDs. Resource person for International Public Health Management Development Program (IPHMDP), Online Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health Care Management, Odisha State.
She is the recipient of an NFP Fellowship for an International course on HIV and food and nutrition security, at Wageningen University and Research, Netherlands. Commonwealth scholar: Recipient of Commonwealth scholarship for M.Sc. in Dementia Studies at the University of Stirling, UK.
Dr. Priya is a dedicated Public health professional incorporated with ability to work effectively in cross-cultural situations with strong interpersonal skills. She has expertise in aging, dementia, public health, dentistry, disseminating education, qualitative research, monitoring and evaluation and community organizing. She is a dentist with a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from India, and an MSc in Dementia studies from the University of Stirling, UK. She has completed an International course on HIV and food and nutrition security, at Wageningen University and Research, Netherlands.
